Lilia kept me in the loop and sent update pictures throughout the design/painting process to ensure everything was as I wanted. The plate is absolutely GORGEOUS and it arrived well-packed and in a very reasonable amount of time. We can't wait to gift it to my parents on our wedding day to show our growing family. I never write reviews but I have to share how happy I was with Lilia's art work, the process, and exceptional customer service throughout. From start to finish, the communication flawless. We were a bit on a tight deadline and Lilia made sure to get her work done as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality. During shipping we encountered a hiccup that was completely outside Lilia's control, yet she took on full responsibility and effort to smooth it over. The piece she created was stunning, and a made for a perfect anniversary gift. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

Lilia ist eine ganz wunderbare Künstlerin.
